Navigation Pane

• PA Table 
  • The Prior Authorization (PA) Table tab is the first page you see when you log into SamaCare. From here, you can search, filter, and manage all of your prior authorizations in one place.

• BV's
  • The Benefits Verification (BV) tab is where you initiate and submit benefit investigations for sponsored drugs, as well as verify patient coverage for all drugs.
    
• Enroll
  • The Enroll tab is where you enroll patients in pharmaceutical manufacturer programs for sponsored drugs.
    
• Reports
  • The Reports tab gives you visibility into prior authorization performance and trends, based on your overall submission volume.
    
• Settings
  • The Settings tab is where you configure and maintain your practice-level preferences and settings.

• Help Center
  • The Help Center tab provides access to support articles, including this one, to help you learn more about SamaCare and its functionality.
    
• User Settings
  • The User Settings tab is where you can view and update your personal details, such as your name and phone number. Your email and role can only be updated by an Admin in Practice Settings. (Your initials will appear in the user settings icon.)
    
• Log Out
  • Use this option to securely log out of your SamaCare account.

• You can contact SamaCare Support through the chat widget located in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
