Welcome to Samacare: First Steps

Whether you've recently completed your SamaCare implementation training or are preparing to begin, this guide is designed to set you up for success. We'll walk you through the key first steps to help ensure a smooth and successful start to your SamaCare journey.

Install Chrome Browser

For the best experience with SamaCare, we recommend using Google Chrome. Chrome provides optimal performance and ensures full access to all of SamaCare’s features and functionality.

If you don't currently have Chrome installed, we've included a quick guide below to help you download and set it up. Once installed, you'll be ready to get the most out of your SamaCare experience.

Install SamaCare Co-Pilot

Streamline your prior authorization workflow with SamaCare Co-Pilot. Designed to fit seamlessly into your daily routine, Co-Pilot helps you complete prior authorizations, save them directly to SamaCare, and track them through determination.

With Co-Pilot, you can easily save new prior authorizations to SamaCare or update existing submissions, helping you work more efficiently and stay organized throughout the process.

Create SamaCare Credentials

Once you've been added to your practice in SamaCare, you'll receive a welcome email at the address provided. This email includes a link to create your password and activate your account.

For security purposes, the activation link will expire after 14 days.

If you don't receive the email within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our Support team at help@samacare.com for assistance.
